Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccolini and stir fry for 3–5 minutes until it begins to soften but remains crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce if using, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Continue stir frying until broccolini is tender-crisp and well coated.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
