Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or caramel protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, protein powder, frozen banana, caramel sauce, peanut butter or almond butter, sea salt, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the shake and add more caramel sauce if extra sweetness is desired.
