Ingredients

  • 3 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise or yogurt, chopped celery, and sliced green onions.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and mustard if using, then mix until well combined.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Add a layer of lettuce or spinach onto each tortilla.
  5. Spoon the chicken salad evenly onto the wraps and spread it out.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form wraps.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
