A fresh and elegant tomato, peach, and burrata salad that combines sweet fruit, juicy tomatoes, and creamy cheese with a light balsamic finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, sliced or cut into wedges
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and peaches into wedges or thick slices.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes and peaches on a serving platter, alternating for presentation.
  3. Place the burrata in the center or tear it into pieces and scatter over the salad.
  4. Add fresh basil leaves on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately while fresh.
