A rich and comforting three cheese baked pasta made with a creamy blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan, baked until golden and bubbly for the ultimate indulgent dish.

Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (penne, rigatoni, or similar)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour to form a roux.
  4. Gradually add milk while whisking, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and mix well.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
