Simple and indulgent stuffed dates filled with creamy cheese and crunchy nuts, offering a naturally sweet treat with customizable flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1216 dates (pitted, preferably Medjool)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • 12 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if necessary.
  2. Gently open each date and fill with cream cheese or goat cheese.
  3. Add a nut inside or press it on top of the filling.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with honey or dip partially in melted dark chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
