Creamy strawberry shortcake overnight oats that combine sweet strawberries, vanilla, and wholesome oats for a refreshing, dessert-like breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Extra strawberries for topping (optional)
  • Granola or crushed biscuits for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats well.
  6. Add extra strawberries, granola, or crushed biscuits for topping if desired.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
