A creamy and refreshing homemade strawberry milk made with fresh strawberries, milk, and a touch of sweetness for a naturally fruity and comforting drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them into a blender.
  2. Add the sugar or honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend the strawberries until smooth.
  4. Pour in the milk and blend again until creamy and fully combined.
  5. Add ice cubes if desired and blend briefly for an extra cold and refreshing drink.
  6. Pour the strawberry milk into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries can be used for a thicker and colder drink.
  • Whole milk creates the creamiest texture, but almond, oat, or coconut milk also work well.
  • Add yogurt or vanilla ice cream for a richer consistency.
  • Bananas or raspberries can be blended in for extra fruit flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetener depending on the natural sweetness of the strawberries.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and stir before serving.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
