Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving
  • Fresh thyme or basil, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Let the goat cheese and cream cheese soften slightly at room temperature.
  2. Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl.
  3. Whip the mixture until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
