A refreshing and fruity strawberry frosé made with chilled rosé wine, frozen strawberries, and a touch of honey for sweetness. This smooth frozen drink is perfect for warm days, gatherings, or relaxing summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine, chilled
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the chilled rosé wine into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, honey or simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and ice.
  3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness with additional honey if desired.
  5. Pour the frosé into serving glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves before serving immediately.
