A quick and flavorful spicy tuna rice bowl featuring creamy, spicy tuna over tender rice with fresh and crunchy toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice or jasmine rice
  • 8 oz fresh tuna, diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 nori sheets, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Divide rice into serving bowls.
