A light and refreshing tropical smoothie-style drink made with pineapple, coconut, and Greek yogurt. This Skinny Piña Colada delivers classic island flavors with fewer calories, making it perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish
  • 2 pineapple wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, light coconut milk, Greek yogurt, ice cubes, and fresh lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and add honey or another natural sweetener if desired.
  4. Blend again for a few seconds until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the drink into two chilled glasses.
  6. Garnish with shredded coconut and pineapple wedges if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
