A refreshing lavender lemonade with a delicate floral aroma and bright citrus flavor, perfect for a calming and elegant drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups water (divided)
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add dried lavender and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a bowl and let it cool.
  4. In a pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, the cooled lavender syrup, and remaining 2 cups of water.
  5. Stir well and taste, adjusting sweetness or tartness as desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice and enjoy.
