Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Melt the butter in the same skillet and add the minced garlic.
  6. Cook the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  8. Add the Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  10. Simmer for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
