Creamy and refreshing Frozen S’mores layered with graham crackers, fluffy marshmallow filling, rich chocolate pudding, and a smooth chocolate topping. This easy make-ahead dessert delivers all the classic s’mores flavors without a campfire.

Ingredients

  • 12 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange a layer of graham crackers across the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. In another bowl, fold together the marshmallow creme, whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the marshmallow layer.
  7. Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top layer.
  9. Freeze the dessert for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Slice into 12 bars and serve slightly softened.
