A light and creamy strawberry mousse made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and cream cheese for a smooth and airy dessert. This refreshing treat is easy to prepare and perfect for warm-weather gatherings or elegant desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries.
  2. Blend the strawberries with the granulated sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
