A cozy and comforting creamy chicken ramen made with tender chicken, soft noodles, and a rich, flavorful broth that comes together quickly.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (without seasoning)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or sliced)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 2 boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy

Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Pour in the cream or milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Bring to a gentle simmer and add ramen noodles.
  6. Cook noodles until tender.
  7. Add cooked chicken and greens, allowing greens to wilt.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, topped with green onions and boiled eggs if desired.
