Quick and easy cottage cheese wraps filled with fresh vegetables, creamy texture, and light seasoning—perfect for a healthy snack or simple meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread an even layer of cottage cheese across the center of the wrap.
  3. Add lettuce or spinach on top of the cottage cheese.
  4. Layer cucumber, tomato, and avocado slices evenly.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the filling.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
