Elegant Dubai Chocolate Strawberries featuring fresh strawberries dipped in rich chocolate and decorated with pistachios, almonds, freeze-dried strawberries, and edible gold sprinkles for a luxurious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 18 fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon edible gold sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • Extra melted chocolate for decorative drizzle

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely with paper towels.
  2. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted milk chocolate, coating it evenly.
  5. Place the coated strawberries onto the prepared tray.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately with the remaining coconut oil.
  7. Drizzle the melted dark and white chocolate decoratively over the strawberries.
  8. Sprinkle crushed pistachios, chopped almonds, freeze-dried strawberries, and edible gold sprinkles over the strawberries before the chocolate sets.
  9. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  10. Serve chilled or slightly cool.
