Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crispy toppings (fried onions, toasted breadcrumbs, or crispy bacon pieces)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
