A quick and satisfying flatbread topped with juicy chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy toppings for a fresh, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Warm the flatbread in the oven or a skillet until soft with slightly crisp edges.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  3. Place the warm flatbread on a plate and evenly layer the sliced chicken on top.
  4. Add the dressed lettuce over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and crushed croutons over the top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with black pepper.
