A comforting one-pan dish featuring tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and a rich garlic parmesan coating for a hearty and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs or chicken breast
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken until browned on both sides and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Return chicken and potatoes to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Mix until the cheese melts and coats everything evenly.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
