Caesar Wrap is a quick and satisfying meal that combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with the convenience of a handheld wrap. Crisp romaine lettuce, tender chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons are wrapped in a soft tortilla for a fresh and flavorful lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and black pepper.
  3. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in the crushed croutons and any optional ingredients such as cherry tomatoes or avocado.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  6. Spoon one-quarter of the Caesar mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

  • Use grilled, roasted, or rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with chickpeas, tofu, or extra vegetables.
  • Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a higher-fiber option.
