Fudgy brownie cups filled with creamy ice cream and topped with rich sauces and fun toppings, creating a playful and indulgent dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brownie batter (homemade or boxed mix)
  • 2 eggs (or as required by brownie mix)
  • 1/2 cup butter or oil (as required)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles or chopped nuts
  • 1012 cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to brownie recipe instructions and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare brownie batter following your recipe or package directions.
  3. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from oven and, while still warm, gently press the center of each brownie with a spoon to form a cup shape.
  6. Allow brownie cups to cool completely in the pan, then remove.
  7. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into each brownie cup.
  8. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
  9. Add whipped cream, sprinkles or nuts, and cherries if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
