A quick and refreshing blueberry almond smoothie with a creamy texture and naturally sweet, nutty flavor—perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, almond milk, and almond butter to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice if a thicker, colder texture is desired and blend again.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend briefly.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
