1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup yogurt or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lime zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin, even fries.
Toss fries with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, yogurt or mayonnaise, and lime zest to make the dip.
