Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Spread or shape the dough evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Slice and serve as desired.
