Instructions
Wash and thinly slice the potatoes using a knife or mandoline.
Soak the slices in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain and pat the potato slices completely dry.
Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
