Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the peach halves in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Brush or spoon the mixture evenly over the cut side of the peaches.
  5. Place the peaches cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the peaches are soft and lightly caramelized.
  7. Carefully remove the peaches from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
  8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Fresh ripe but firm peaches work best for caramelization and texture.
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts add extra crunch.
  • Drizzle honey or caramel sauce on top for additional sweetness.
  • Add nutmeg or ginger for a warmer spice flavor.
  • The peach skins soften during cooking, so peeling is not necessary.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until warmed through.
