These 3 ingredients chocolate covered Oreos are a quick and easy no-bake dessert with a crunchy Oreo center coated in smooth melted chocolate. Perfect for holidays, snack boxes, parties, or satisfying a sweet craving with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 1218 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in short intervals in the microwave, stirring between each interval until smooth and glossy.
  2. Mix in coconut oil or butter if desired for a smoother consistency.
  3. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Dip each Oreo cookie into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Use a fork to lift the cookie out and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Place the coated Oreo onto the prepared tray.
  7. Repeat until all cookies are coated.
