This White Chocolate Chex Mix is a no-bake, sweet-and-salty snack made with crunchy cereals, pretzels, candy, and creamy white chocolate. Perfect for parties, holidays, or gifting, it’s quick to make and irresistibly snackable.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex or Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup Cheerios or similar cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts or mixed nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup M&M’s or seasonal chocolate candies
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or white almond bark
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, Cheerios, nuts (if using), and M&M’s. Toss gently to mix.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Quickly pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients. Toss gently but thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let sit for 30–60 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
  5. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Swap in peanut butter chips or drizzle with dark chocolate for variation.
  • Use themed candies and sprinkles for holiday flair.
  • Add-ins like marshmallows, crushed cookies, or dried cranberries enhance texture.
  • Omit nuts for a nut-free version.
  • Try different cereals like Cinnamon Chex or chocolate Chex for flavor twists.
