A creamy and tangy whipped feta paired with sweet, caramelized roasted strawberries, creating a unique and elegant balance of sweet and savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and place strawberries on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle strawberries with honey and olive oil, then roast for 15–20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
  3. Blend feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl.
  5. Spoon roasted strawberries and their juices over the feta.
  6. Drizzle with additional honey, sprinkle black pepper, and add fresh herbs if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
