Ingredients

    • 1 medium watermelon, chopped and deseeded
    • 2 tablespoons mint leaves
    • 2 to 3 pinches black salt or chaat masala (optional)
    • Ice cubes (optional)
    • Mint leaves for garnish
  • For Watermelon Orange Juice:
    • 1 orange (or ¾ to 1 cup orange juice)
    • 4 to 5 cups chopped watermelon (seeds removed)
    • 5 to 6 mint leaves
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw sugar (optional)
    • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Classic Watermelon Juice:
    1. Blend chopped watermelon with lemon juice until smooth.
    2. Optional: Add ginger or mint for extra zest.
    3. Serve immediately, optionally topping with a pinch of black salt or pepper.
  2. Watermelon Mint Juice:
    1. Blend chopped watermelon and fresh mint leaves until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and optionally sprinkle black salt or chaat masala.
    3. Add ice cubes if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
  3. Watermelon Orange Juice:
    1. Juice the orange and set aside.
    2. Blend chopped watermelon with mint and sugar (if using).
    3. Stir in orange juice, chill, and serve garnished with mint leaves.
