Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s, halved
  • Extra peanut butter and chocolate chips (for filling and topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in peanut butter, chocolate chips, and halved mini Reese’s.
  6. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie. Press in a few extra chocolate chips and a dab of peanut butter, top with another dough scoop, and seal edges.
  7. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until golden at edges and soft in the center.
  8. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Chill dough for 30 minutes if you want thicker cookies.
  • Swap in Reese’s Pieces or peanut butter chips for variety.
  • Use a gluten-free 1:1 flour blend for a GF version.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate once cooled for extra indulgence.
