Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • Ladyfingers, vanilla wafers, or fruit (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso powder or cooled coffee. Mix until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and fluffy.
