1 large egg

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until smooth.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
