Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies are soft, buttery, egg-free cookies with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Coated in powdered sugar for a snowy finish, they’re simple to make and perfect for holidays or everyday treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop and roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until bottoms are lightly golden but tops remain pale.
  7. Let cookies cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
  8. After fully cooled, roll in powdered sugar again for a thicker coating.
