1/3 cup toasted nuts (almonds or walnuts)
1/2 cup feta cheese or goat cheese
For the dressing:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Wash and thoroughly dry the mixed greens and berries.
Place the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.
Layer the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries evenly over the greens.
Add the sliced avocado on top.
Sprinkle the toasted nuts and crumbled feta or goat cheese over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and chopped herbs until smooth.
Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe berries for the best flavor and texture.
Keep dressing separate if preparing ahead to maintain freshness.
Swap Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt for a vegan option.
Omit cheese or use vegan cheese to keep it dairy-free.
Add grilled chicken, shrimp, tofu, or chickpeas for extra protein.
Try pecans or pistachios for a different nutty flavor.
Mix different herbs for a more complex dressing taste.
Stir dressing before reuse as it may thicken in the fridge.
