These Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites are the ultimate party snack — soft, golden dough wrapped around gooey melted cheese, topped with crispy pepperoni, and brushed with buttery garlic seasoning. Perfect for game day, after-school snacks, or easy weeknight appetizers. Serve them with marinara for dipping and watch them disappear!

Ingredients

  • 8 string cheese sticks, cut into thirds
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into 24 equal squares. Place a piece of string cheese in the center of each square and wrap dough around it, sealing tightly.
  3. Arrange dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Top each with a slice of pepperoni. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each bite.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese begins to ooze. Sprinkle with Parmesan after baking, if desired.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Swap pepperoni for sausage, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
  • Add shredded mozzarella with string cheese for extra gooeyness.
  • For a spicy version, use hot pepperoni and add red pepper flakes to the butter.
  • Try pesto butter instead of garlic butter for a fresh twist.
  • Chill bites for 10 minutes before baking to help seal in the cheese.
