Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the strawberry purée with the Greek yogurt. Add honey or maple syrup if using plain yogurt or if additional sweetness is desired.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a small corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe small dots onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about the size of a blueberry.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the dots are fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, peel the dots off the parchment and store them in a freezer-safe container or bag.
