Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or fruit juice
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, kiwi, and banana to a blender.
  2. Pour in the yogurt and milk or fruit juice.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
  4. Add ice cubes.
  5. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
