These Strawberry Banana Popsicles are a refreshing and naturally sweet summer treat made with ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a touch of honey or maple syrup. Perfect for kids and adults alike, they’re easy to make, healthy, and free from artificial ingredients—a must-have for beating the heat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • A splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, bananas, honey or maple syrup, yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
  4. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly.

Notes

  • Frozen fruit can be used—just thaw slightly before blending.
  • For vegan popsicles, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup or agave.
  • Add blueberries, raspberries, vanilla extract, or chia seeds for variation.
  • Use paper cups or silicone molds if you don’t have popsicle molds.
  • Yogurt and banana help prevent iciness for a creamy texture.
