This Spicy Peach Margarita with Hot Honey is a bold and refreshing mocktail that combines ripe peaches, zesty lime, spicy jalapeño, and sweet heat from hot honey. Whether shaken or blended, it’s the perfect non-alcoholic summer sipper with a flavorful kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ripe peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 23 slices jalapeño (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • Tajín or chili-lime salt (optional, for rimming)
  • Peach or lime slices (for garnish)
  • Optional: sparkling water for added fizz

Instructions

  1. Rim a glass with lime juice and dip into Tajín or chili-lime salt. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker or blender, combine peaches, lime juice, hot honey, and jalapeño slices.
  3. Shake with ice or blend until smooth for a frozen version.
  4. Strain (if shaken) or pour directly into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water if desired for extra fizz.
  6. Garnish with a peach or lime slice and optional jalapeño ring. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Control heat by adjusting the number of jalapeño slices.
  • For a sweeter drink, add agave nectar or extra hot honey.
  • Use canned or frozen peaches when fresh ones are out of season.
  • Skip sparkling water for a richer, juice-like consistency.
  • For a smoky twist, add a drop of liquid smoke or use smoked salt on the rim.
