A bold and crowd-pleasing Spicy Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring with creamy, spicy filling wrapped in flaky golden crescent dough.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Ranch dressing
  • Blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Arrange crescent roll dough triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing outward.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the wide ends of the dough.
  5. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath to form a ring.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add jalapeños or extra hot sauce for more heat.
  • Reduce buffalo sauce or mix with mild sauce for less spice.
  • Ensure filling is not too wet to avoid soggy dough.
