Spaghetti garlic bread bowls are a delicious mashup of crispy garlic bread and cheesy spaghetti, served in edible bread bowls. Perfect for comfort food lovers, they’re fun, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 4 small round bread rolls or sandwich buns (like sourdough or kaiser rolls)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centers.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush the mixture inside the rolls.
  3. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning if using.
  5. Fill each toasted bread bowl with spaghetti mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Return the filled bowls to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley or sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Add cooked ground beef or sausage to the spaghetti for a heartier version.
  • Try Alfredo sauce and chicken for a creamy variation.
  • Red pepper flakes add a spicy kick.
  • Use gluten-free bread and pasta for dietary needs.
  • Best served fresh; reheating in foil helps maintain crispness.
