These Snowmen Truffles are adorable no-bake holiday treats made with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate and decorated like little snowmen. Fun to make and delicious to eat, they’re perfect for gifting, holiday parties, or festive dessert trays.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14–16 oz) package chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
  • Mini chocolate chips or candy eyes (for eyes and buttons)
  • Orange sprinkles or orange icing (for the nose)
  • Pretzel sticks or licorice strings (optional, for arms/scarves)

Instructions

  1. Crush sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and gently tap off excess. Place back on parchment paper.
  6. While coating is still wet, decorate with mini chocolate chips or candy eyes for eyes and buttons, orange sprinkle or icing for the nose, and optional pretzel or licorice for arms or scarves.
  7. Let truffles set completely at room temp or in the fridge before serving.

Notes

  • Use golden sandwich cookies for a vanilla twist.
  • Add peppermint extract or crushed candy canes to the filling for holiday flavor.
  • Use melted dark chocolate to draw on hats or smiles for extra detail.
  • Keep decorations simple for quicker assembly—just eyes and a nose work beautifully.
  • Let truffles warm slightly before dipping to avoid chocolate cracking.
