Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a large serving platter, folding them gently for presentation.
  2. Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast if desired.
  3. Spread cream cheese on bagel halves or serve it on the side.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion and cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Arrange the vegetables around the salmon on the platter.
  6. Scatter capers over the platter and sprinkle fresh dill on top.
  7. Add lemon wedges to the side for serving.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with black pepper.
