Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8 small potatoes)
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (peeling is optional).
