A quick and flavorful sesame soba noodles dish with a nutty, savory-sweet sauce, perfect for a light yet satisfying meal served warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • 200g soba noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Add chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Mix well and serve chilled or slightly warm.
