Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyère recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté cauliflower florets and sliced red onion in a skillet until tender and slightly caramelized.
